Our Pastor
Pastor Roger and Tammy Wright
Lead Pastors
Roger and Tammy have been married for 34 years, spending the majority of those years in ministry as youth pastors, associate pastors, worship leaders, and senior pastors, lead pastors since September 2018, in Missouri, Oklahoma, and Wisconsin. They have three adult children who are married, serving God, loving people, and one amazing granddaughter. They are passionate about loving God, loving people, and teaching others to do the same. Pastor Roger and Tammy believe that the Bible has answers for every question we face, and that inside every human being is a God-shaped hole that only His love and His plan for our lives can fill. They believe that everyone has God-given gifts, talents, and abilities, and they love helping people discover and use those gifts to serve others. If Pastor Roger could have been anything other than a pastor, he would have been a football coach. He has a gift for recognizing talents and abilities in others and for building teams where each person’s strengths complement one another. April Kemnitz
April is a devoted member of our church family, serving faithfully as Treasurer and managing the soundboard and computer graphics for Sunday services. Married for 24 years, she is the proud mom of two grown daughters. She brings a heart for service, a gift for organization, and a love for using her talents to help create a welcoming worship experience.
Jamie Kemnitz
Jamie serves as a church board member and leads our congregation in heartfelt worship. His passion for music is matched by his love of aviation. Jamie’s leadership, enthusiasm, and servant’s heart help inspire and uplift our church family.
Brooke Barker
Brooke Barker is a Jesus loving wife to Dan and homeschooling mama to 4 amazing kids- Caleb, Zachary, Annablle and Gracie. She has been married since 2006, following Jesus since 2007 and serves as Youth Leader at New Life Church, where she loves encouraging parents and the next generation to know and follow Christ.
Ron and Priscilla Patterson

Ron and Priscilla grew up in the Bancroft/Plainfield area and were married at NewLife Assembly of God in April 1989. They are the parents of three children and proud grandparents of two grandsons and one granddaughter. Ron is a retired U.S. Army First Sergeant, having served more than 22 years in the military. He currently serves as the Assistant Fire Chief of the Bancroft–Pine Grove Fire Department, where he has volunteered for 36 years. Ron is also in his second term as a member of the NewLife Church Board.
Priscilla enjoys gardening and spending time with their grandchildren. She and Ron have been the Joseph Hope Pantry Coordinators since June 2022. They enjoy camping and traveling across the country especially throughout the mountain west and their goal is to visit every U.S. National Park.
Tim and Jane Adamak

Tim and Jane Have been married 23 years and have 2 children- they moved to plainfield in 2021, but have been in the area and wild rose area for 30 yrs.. Tim also serves on new life church board and oversees building and grounds maintenance. Jane is a retired RN, is a part of the new life church hospitality team and is always happy to lend a happy hand wherever needed.
We started attending new life church 2022 and became members last fall. We love to volunteer at the food pantry and at the church. I became a board member in the spring of 2025.
I have two kids, one daughter in Montana (Sara) and one son in Florida (Andy). Each one is married and has two kids, so 4 grandkids (3 boys and 1 girl). Jane has 3 sons (Kyle, Troy, Cory). None are married, all live in Wisconsin.
We love Brewers, Packers, Badgers, motorcycle/UTV riding, and camping.
I like golf, hunting of all species, and being in the woods. Jane likes horseback riding, cooking, bird watching, hiking, and outdoors.
